OmniVetrix LLC is a 100% veteran-owned Texas-registered Limited Liability Company. We operate with the mission-driven focus of serving veterans, first responders, educators, healthcare professionals, and underserved communities, but we are not recognized as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization under federal law. This means contributions to OmniVetrix LLC are not tax-deductible as charitable donations under IRS rules.

Why We Are Not a 501(c)(3)

OmniVetrix LLC exceeds the federal government’s $50,000 annual gross receipts threshold for simplified nonprofit qualification and operates in a manner designed to allow revenue growth beyond those limitations. This level of revenue projection and operational model disqualifies us from 501(c)(3) status, even though our mission aligns with many nonprofit principles.

OmniVetrix LLC is used to better align with our mission of bridging the gap between veterans, first responders, educators, healthcare professionals, and underserved communities. This designation does not imply federal or state nonprofit status but reflects our dedication to operating for public benefit.

Sponsorship, Partnership & Donor Structure

We accept contributions from individuals, businesses, and organizations in the following ways:

Sponsorships & Partnerships (With Promotional Benefits) –
Contributions made in exchange for advertising and marketing benefits. These may include:

Logo placement on event materials, banners, or digital platforms

Mentions in social media, radio, print, or TV advertising

Verbal acknowledgment during events

Inclusion in post-event thank-you and recognition content

Mission Donors (No Promotional Benefits) –
Donors may contribute one time, periodically, or on a recurring basis without receiving any promotional or marketing benefits.

Contributions under this category are still not tax-deductible as charitable donations under IRS rules

Funds are fully applied toward OmniVetrix LLC’s mission and programs

A receipt will be provided confirming that no goods, services, or promotional value were received

Contribution Amounts

Sponsorship and partnership amounts may be customized by the contributor in alignment with our mission

Event-specific pricing is determined separately for each event (such as ticket sales, event tables, or VIP access) and is not tied to ongoing contributions outside of that event

Contributions outside of ticket sales are treated as either mission donations or marketing/advertising sponsorships, depending on whether promotional benefits are received

Receipts for Advertising & Marketing

OmniVetrix LLC can issue receipts clearly classifying contributions as advertising or marketing expenditures. This allows businesses to potentially write off their support as a legitimate marketing cost rather than a charitable donation.

Ticket Giveaways & In-Kind Support

We may gift event tickets, goods, or services to veterans, first responders, educators, and other mission-aligned individuals or groups. These are recorded as marketing and promotional expenses to:

Promote goodwill in the community

Increase engagement and brand visibility

Ensure inclusion of underserved populations

Documentation is maintained for all such giveaways, including recipient names, event details, and purpose.

Contributions to Other Organizations

OmniVetrix LLC may also provide financial or in-kind support to other organizations. If the recipient is a recognized 501(c)(3) and our contribution includes promotional benefits, it will be classified as advertising. Support given to non-501(c)(3) entities will likewise be classified as marketing or promotional expenditures when aligned with our mission.

Transparency & Compliance

We maintain complete transparency about how funds, goods, and services are used. All contributions, whether with or without promotional benefits, are documented and categorized according to IRS regulations. OmniVetrix LLC will never misrepresent its LLC status as a nonprofit or 501(c)(3) organization.
